Senior Consultant Internal Communications

-Job description**Role purpose**
The Senior Consultant is a member of the Group Communications team, with responsibility for contributing to and leading regional and local internal communications plans, projects, policies and campaigns that directly support HSBC's Mexico and LAM strategy, purpose and transformation agenda.
They will work as part of an integrated, flexible team that uses Agile and traditional working methods to support a wide range of Group programmes and initiatives.
The role holder is expected to have strong, generalist internal communications skills, with the desire to constantly build new capabilities and enhance their knowledge.
Will need the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships quickly, and to coach and influence senior leaders and peers.
