Senior Construction Manager - Roads & Infrastructure UAE

LOBA GROUP is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for large-scale roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will lead site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating heavy equipment, materials, and multinational labor.

The role requires 10–15 years in civil construction with at least 4+ years as Construction Manager on major projects, and a strong UAE infrastructure track record.
