Senior Construction Commercial Lead

Building CO. (BEST) L.L.C based in Sharjah is seeking an experienced commercial manager to oversee all contractual aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in commercial management.

The role involves negotiating contracts, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with FIDIC contracts are essential. Knowledge of UAE/GCC projects is a plus.
