Senior Compliance Officer

This is a remote position. Fohntech Group are construction partners to the leading mechanical and electrical companies in Ireland, the UK and Europe, working in the Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, Data Centres, and Oil and Gas Sectors. Due to the continued growth of our business, we are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join our team in our team. This role can fully remote or hybrid option is available in our Leixlip office. The successful Senior Compliance Officer will oversee employment compliance across multiple European jurisdictions within the construction sector. You will ensure all hiring, employment, payroll, and workforce practices comply with EU legislation and country-specific labour, tax, immigration, and social security requirements.
