Senior Compliance Manager (Insurance)

We are partnering with a reputable insurance firm to hire a Senior Compliance Manager to strengthen its compliance and financial crime framework. This is a broad, hands‑on role with exposure across advisory, AML/CFT, governance, and regulatory engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance on AML/CFT matters, including reviewing higher‑risk transactions and supporting suspicious activity reporting
• Advise business teams on regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to applicable laws, guidelines, and internal policies
• Support the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies, and monitoring programmes
• Manage regulatory reporting, audits, and ongoing engagements with regulators and industry bodies
• Promote a strong compliance culture through training, awareness, and stakeholder collaboration
