Senior Compensation Programs Manager

Astreya is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager in Buenos Aires to lead enterprise-wide compensation programs, policies, and processes. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure pay, incentives and equity align with the company’s philosophy.

You’ll drive program design, implementation, and change management, oversee data quality and executive compensation, monitor results, and support strategic decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
