As part of this growth journey, my client is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to lead the development and execution of compensation programmes that support business expansion, talent attraction and workforce scalability across multiple countries.

This is a strategic and highly visible role, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to ensure compensation frameworks remain competitive, equitable and aligned with commercial objectives.
