Senior Commercial Operations Lead

Description/Synopsis:
The Senior Commercial Operations Lead will play a critical role in cross functional, informed decision making, and a strong influence across various parts of the Business, including Processing, Supply, Chain, RCMs and Export.
Proven commercial operations experience and robust business acumen are essential, as ASP (Average Selling Price) performance and disciplined margin enhancement are core measures of success.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field
Proven track record in commercial operations, sales operations, S&OP, or allocation governance
Experience in Production/Manufacturing/Processing/Milling/Agriculture industries
Advanced financial and business acumen; deep understanding of margins, contribution, ASP, cost-to-serve, and commercial trade-offs
Experience enforcing pricing discipline and order approvals
