Senior Commercial Counsel, Asia SaaS & Tech

Databricks is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to support our Asia field teams and assist with GTM and new-market entry efforts. You will review and negotiate customer agreements and provide legal support for Databricks' revenue-generating activities across Asia.

You should have 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in technology agreements, with SaaS negotiation experience, plus a strong understanding of data privacy, information security, AI, and IP issues.
