Senior Commercial Contracts Analyst - Global Scale

EY seeks an experienced legal professional to join its Global Delivery Services team supporting the General Counsel’s Office. You will draft, review, negotiate, and finalise client and vendor contracts, and provide business and legal guidance to EY and its global network members.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams across tax, data privacy and information security, ensuring compliant, well-documented transactions while upholding EY policies and independence requirements.
