Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents. Providing sound legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial law matters. Assisting with and managing corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and project finance transactions. Drafting and reviewing transaction-related documentation, including: Sale of Business Agreements Sale of Shares Agreements Shareholders Agreements Partnership Agreements Memoranda of Incorporation (MOIs) Commercial contracts and related transaction documents Conducting legal research and delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice. Building and maintaining strong and effective client relationships. Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, including the Companies Act and related regulatory frameworks.
