Senior Collections Specialist

Job Summary

The Collection Associate is responsible for contacting borrowers to collect overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring collections are conducted in compliance with regulatory guidelines set by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government Malaysia (KPKT) and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Collections & Recovery

• Contact customers via phone, SMS, and email to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans with delinquent borrowers.
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding loan amounts to achieve monthly collection targets.

Customer Communication

• Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
• Educate borrowers about their repayment obligations and consequences of non-payment.
