Senior Cold Storage Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Cold Storage Manager to join the Port Elizabeth team, Oversee day-to-day operations of cold storage facilities (chilled and frozen environments) Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods Drive productivity and performance across all shifts Implement best practices in warehouse management Ensure compliance with: HACCP and ISO standards Maintain strict temperature control and monitoring systems Minimise product spoilage, losses, and waste Ensure audit readiness at all times Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team Manage workforce planning in cold environments Promote a strong safety culture and enforce PPE compliance Conduct performance reviews and training programs Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) Manage risks associated with cold environments and machinery Maintain incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Manage operational budgets (labour, energ...
