Role Description

The Senior Closer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi, responsible for managing end-to-end deal closure activities specifically within the healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sector. This role involves conducting discovery calls with healthcare providers, presenting AxioRCM’s medical billing solutions, addressing clinical and administrative objections, and guiding medical practices through each stage of the sales pipeline.

The Senior Closer will prepare specialized RCM proposals, coordinate with internal billing and credentialing teams to align service offerings with client needs, and ensure a smooth handover to implementation and account management.
