Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction and support throughout the contract lifecycle
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and key points of contact within client organizations
- Drive annual revenue retention and growth by developing and executing strategic account plans
- Leverage data insights to communicate ROI and clinical metrics effectively to clients
- Lead marketing and engagement campaigns to boost member enrollment in collaboration with the marketing team
- Serve as the primary connective tissue between clients and internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Clinical Operations
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with self-insured employers, payers, or TPAs
- 6+ years of client relationship or account management experience with national payers or Fortune 500 employers
