Senior Client Retention & Engagement Specialist

PU Prime is looking for a Retention Client Associate (Senior) to enhance client relationships and drive engagement. This role requires interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction and support active traders, with a focus on re-engaging dormant accounts.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience in Client Retention or Sales. Strong knowledge of financial markets and excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of trading platforms like MetaTrader 4 and 5 is preferred.
