Senior Claims Management Specialist - 18 Month Contract

As a Senior Claims Management Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of disability claims and workplace accommodations. You will facilitate decision-making between internal departments and insurance carriers to ensure that medical supports are translated into actionable workplace plans. Your expertise will be called upon to handle complex cases, including those involving mental health, ergonomic requirements, and legal escalations. You will serve as the go-to expert for the team, ensuring all records are maintained with the highest level of integrity and legislative compliance.

Location: Mississauga, ON
Hybrid: In-office two days a week (Tuesday, other day is your choice)
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Length: 18 Months
