YOUR NEW ROLE Lead the design of drainage, highways, external works and development infrastructure
Oversee projects from early feasibility through planning and technical approval
Coordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants and project stakeholders
Review and sign off technical designs, drawings and reports
Mentor junior engineers and support capability development within the team
