Requirements

Successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

10 or more years’ experience in a relevant engineering environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B. Eng or B. Sc. Eng). Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng). Duties & Responsibilities Promoting and applying employee engagement practices and concepts, especially in relation to recognition, empowerment, supportive feedback, partnering, expectations, consideration, and trust. Perform all work in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS), Policies and Standards. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
