Job Description: We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to be part of a team for our childrens home, supporting up to four young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a unique chance to help shape the culture, routines, and therapeutic environment of a new service from the very beginning.
