- Accommodate dietary requirements and guest preferences where possible.
- Menu Planning:
- Plan and update menus in consultation with management.
- Incorporate seasonal produce and practical menu options suitable for a remote lodge.
- Maintain a balanced menu offering aligned with guest expectations and operational requirements.
