Senior change manager – insurance

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager with extensive experience gained within a large South African insurance organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the operating model, governance structures, and transformation landscape within a complex insurance environment. Experience Required Minimum 7+ years' experience in Change Management within the insurance industry. Previous experience working for an Insurance company is highly preferred . Demonstrated experience leading organisational change initiatives across large, complex insurance programmes. Experience supporting digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise-wide technology implementations.
