Senior Change Management Strategist

IRB COL Inspire Colombia Company seeks a Senior OCM Analyst to lead change management workstreams for HR and enterprise initiatives. You will develop and execute change strategies to prepare employees and leaders for new systems, processes, and ways of working, partnering with project teams to drive adoption.

You will develop plans for communications, training, and adoption, perform impact assessments, and translate complex inputs into structured change approaches.
