SUMMARY OF POSITION
:The Senior Change Management Practitioner will lead strategic change initiatives across our healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in driving adoption, engagement, and sustainability of enterprise-wide transformation efforts, including digital health, clinical optimization, operational excellence and patient experience. The Senior Change Management Practitioner will have healthcare industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex change in matrixed environments.
