Senior Change & Communications Consultant

Our client, one of Canada's leading banks, is looking for a Senior Change & Communications Consultant to support the successful closure of a major enterprise transformation program focused on records management and information governance. This role will lead change communications, stakeholder engagement, and transition activities to ensure a smooth handoff to business-as-usual operations.
Contract: 3 months (ending October 30, 2026)

Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week (Thursday) + every 4th Friday of the month

Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities include the following;

Develop and execute change management and communication strategies for enterprise initiatives.

Create stakeholder communication plans, messaging, presentations, and executive updates.
