Senior Certified Aviation Technician (Avionics)

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance duties including line maintenance inspections, routine inspections of avionics systems, fault finding and rectification, thorough daily inspections to identify potential issues or defects.
• Conduct necessary maintenance tasks to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft.
• Adhere to established maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• All activities must be properly recorded and signed off as per SACCA requirements ensuring legal compliance.
• Comply with health and safety requirements to ensure personal and other personnel safety, fire, and accident/incident prevention.
• Ensure that work area, equipment, and tooling are properly maintained and safe prior to starting any job.
