**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead all aspects of a large-scale cement manufacturing operation, providing strategic and operational leadership across kiln operations, raw materials, clinker production, finish grinding, maintenance, quality, environmental compliance, and financial performance.
+ Drive operational excellence by achieving world-class performance in cement production, kiln reliability, equipment availability, product quality, cost control, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
+ Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all cement plant processes, including quarry, raw mill, kiln, cooler, finish mill, and packing operations, while maintaining a strong culture of continuous improvement.
