The business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior CDM Consultant/ Principal Designer to oversee a varied portfolio of property and construction projects across London and the Home Counties. The consultancy operates on a fully remote basis, with monthly team get-togethers at its London HQ, offering flexibility without losing the benefits of collaboration. Youll work with a diverse client base across the property and construction sector, delivering CDM and Principal Designer services on projects ranging in value from £300k to £500m.
