Senior Career Coach [WSD]

What the role is: We are seeking an empathetic Career Coach who is passionate about partnering individuals in their job search journey, working with them to improve their career health and employability. The Career Coach will personalise career interventions and case manage each jobseeker assigned, given the span of jobseekers approaching Careers Connect for employment facilitation.

What you will be working on:

• Guide jobseekers through SWDA’s career resources and services.
• Provide career, skills and training advisory for various worker segments, life stages and levels.
• Advocate to the public on the importance of career health and work-life planning to stay resilient and establish equilibrium.
