What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support care assistants, offering guidance, supervision and mentoring to maintain excellent standards of care
- Conduct care reviews, risk assessments, and spot checks to ensure care plans remain accurate and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, health and safety regulations, and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic care records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection requirements are met
