Senior Care Assistant - Care Home

As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents, always respecting their dignity and preferences.
