• We are seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic federal and defense pursuits from qualification through award.
• This role drives win strategy, competitive positioning, and proposal readiness to increase probability of award and fuel growth.
• The Senior Capture Manager partners closely with business development, delivery leaders, technical SMEs, and executives to shape opportunities and develop compelling, differentiated capture strategies.
• This position requires strong leadership, disciplined capture management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment.
