SENIOR CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN

Responsible for performing calibrations of dimensional equipment, pressure and temperature instruments, scales, timers, and tachometers. Fills calibration service reports and enters data into the system. Works under direct supervision of the Senior Calibration Technician.

• Perform calibrations on dimensional equipment using optical comparator, vision system, and pattern blocks.
• Calibrate instruments indicating pressure and temperature using prescribed standards.
• Calibrate scales, timers, and tachometers.
• Record readings on calibration certificates and enter data into the PILGRIM system.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices procedures (GMP) and comply with ISO 17025, Guide 25, ANSI, and other metrology standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
