Responsibilities
- Preparing ALTA/Boundary Surveys
- Preparing legal description calculations for field staff
- Understanding title commitment and exception documents
- Operating survey instruments and equipment for a variety of projects such as,topographic, ALTA, boundary, construction, etc.
- Completing projects in a timely, efficient and effective manner within deadlines andbudgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years of applicable experience in a similar role preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Mastery in reading, interpreting, and determining easements
- Advanced CAD software skills
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and legal descriptions
- Ability to lead and mentor CAD technician team
- Capable of addressing client comments and coordinating revisions
- Strong communication and time management skills
