Senior Cabinetry & Joinery Estimator

Complete Construction is seeking a Senior Cabinetry & Joinery Estimator to be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for custom cabinetry for retail, hospitality, high end residential and commercial joinery projects.

The position requires extensive industry knowledge, strong technical understanding of joinery construction methods, materials, manufacturing processes, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for bespoke cabinetry and joinery projects.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, tender documentation, and site information.
• Quantify materials, labour, hardware, subcontractor requirements, and installation costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop competitive quotations and tender submissions.
• Maintain estimating databases and pricing schedules.
