Role

Senior Business System Analyst – IT Business Apps team, hybrid role in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Mohali. Reports to Director, CRM & PRM Applications.

Role Expectations

• Lead business and functional requirements to Sales/Experience Cloud standard features and functionality while defining and prioritizing scoping.
• Capture requirements from business users pertaining to the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Meet with business leaders, decision makers, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals.
• Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for engineering team.
