The Transformation Office drives the organisation’s data and digital transformation efforts across strategy, platforms, and governance. The team works closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and scale data capabilities that support data‑driven decision‑making and operational effectiveness across the organisation.

This portfolio plays a key part in driving enterprise data strategy and adoption, as well as the development and management of data platforms and governance frameworks.
