Senior Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary: As a Business Operation Specialist for the country, this role is the core executor of customer service and order management, covering full-cycle order processing, document issuance, data reconciliation, customs documentation coordination and KPI monitoring. The incumbent supports daily end-to-end customer order operation, cooperates with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure OTIF delivery, and provides regular operational reports to management. This role is responsible for standardized order workflow execution and customer communication, and keeps raise hands for identified optimizing opportunities. Thank you for your interest in Repligen!
