Senior Business Operations Manager

**The opportunity**

Unity's Grow division is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. This role combines executive presence, stakeholder management, and operational excellence—driving strategy refinement, translating it into measurable KPIs, and building the infrastructure to track and report on performance.

You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to define what success looks like, set meaningful KPIs for the relevant teams, and own the end-to-end process of measurement and reporting. You'll also push cross-functional initiatives forward with go-to-market teams, and own the feedback loop from business and client-facing teams back to Product, Marketing, and leadership—translating insights into a coherent story that informs strategy.
