Senior Business Development Executive | Team Lead

Accountax is a UAE-based accounting, taxation, and business advisory firm serving clients across the UAE. We are expanding our Lahore office and looking for a driven Senior Business Development Executive / Team Lead to support our growth.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, generating revenue, and leading by example in a fast-paced B2B environment.

What You Will Do

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Conduct outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
• Mentor and support junior Business Development Executives
• Work closely with management on growth strategies
