Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational planning to support campaign plan objectives.
• Support the operationalization of Arctic health services support initiatives.
• Develop and implement a northern and Arctic dual-use health services program with key stakeholders.
• Support the refinement and renewal of the health services modernization strategy.
• Provide health services capability development advice to senior leadership.
• Develop strategies to advance urgent operational requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility analysis, and initial concept development.
• Support responses to force development initiatives and related organizational efforts.
