Senior Business Consultant

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support work within the VSG Virtual Skills group stream. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, and experience working within complex program environments such as ESDC or similar domains.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Lead and support analysis activities related to VSG groupings, workload management, and program understanding
.Facilitate focused working sessions with SMEs and stakeholders to define, refine, and document groupings
.Translate business needs into clear, structured deliverables aligned with ESDC terminology and standards
