Senior Business Analyst

Position Description:

We are urgently looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst profile in a highly complex banking finance area, specifically related to derivatives, financial instruments and/or securities.

This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw

Job responsibilities:
The role includes:
• Business and system analysis in the banking finance domain
• Analysis of requirements related to derivatives, financial instruments and/or securities
• Cooperation with the Product Owner and business stakeholders from the bank
• Cooperation with IT teams, architects, developers, testers and group-level teams
• Data flow design
• Data mapping and analytical documentation
• Requirements documentation
• Backlog management
• Coordination of analysis activities and dependencies across teams
• Support for solution design, system analysis and testing
