As a Business Analyst, this candidate is responsible for gathering user requirements for system enhancements, analysis of requirements, plan and execute functional, non-functional and system integration tests.
As a Senior Business Analyst this candidate must lead a team of business analysts.
Key responsibilities- Act as the subject-matter-expert (SME) & main liaison between business stakeholders & technical team.
- Work with business stakeholders to document requirements, rules, processes, constraints, etc.
- Analyse business requirements, rules, processes, constraints, etc & translate these into artifacts usable by technical team to perform system development, enhancements & bug fixing activities.
