Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst (Sr BA) plays a critical role in bridging business and IT by translating business needs into effective, scalable solutions. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing current-state (as-is) processes, designing future-state (to-be) processes, applying requirements engineering practices, and producing user stories and functional specifications that support successful delivery.

In this role, you shape and translate business needs into practical, usable solutions while considering operational, regulatory, and delivery implications. You also provide informed advice on relevant market developments and help convert them into improvements that strengthen business performance.
