The Mid-Level Business Analyst / Product Owner is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting complex business and system requirements for clients. Operating in a dual capacity, this role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution by acting as both a traditional Business Analyst and an agile Product Owner, ensuring seamless project delivery, technical compatibility, and high client satisfaction.

- Partner with system owners and end-users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis against existing systems, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
