Senior Business Analyst, Player Engagement

Job Description

Entain is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Player Engagement to join its Data & Analytics team in Lisbon, Portugal. Reporting to the Head of CRM Intelligence, this role will focus on supporting the Canada, Iberia, and Latin America (CILA) markets through quantitative analysis of player bonus spending, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness. The successful candidate will deliver strategic insights, support predictive modelling initiatives, and help optimise player acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across Entain’s player lifecycle programmes.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct quantitative research and data analysis on customer behaviours across different lifecycle stages, measuring campaign effectiveness and key KPIs.
