Senior Business Analyst -Performio/Incentive Compensation Management

Position: Senior Business Analyst Duration: Contract Location REMOTE Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Contractor that will need to understand Performio functionality/capabilities, and be able to model/map between various systems. The Senior Business Analyst Contractor will have the following responsibilities: eliciting requirements, performing detailed analysis and documentation, modeling processes, mapping data between systems, evaluating impacts, prioritizing requests, and partnering with the project teams to ensure the successful delivery of data interface projects. The resource should be able to understand how changes in the data feed elements will impact Performio data feeds and potential business logic/calculations.
