Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large‑scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation for a leading industrial HVAC equipment reseller. This role will be a key contributor to a strategic, enterprise‑wide initiative to modernize systems across sales, inventory, finance, and operations.
The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting configuration and data migration efforts, and ensuring a smooth implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions. They will be recommending modules to implement based on business stakeholders needs.

Key Responsibilities
 • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across sales, inventory, finance, and operations.
 • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation.
