Senior Business Analyst

**Responsibilities**

+ Understand the core business for each product we support
+ Partner effectively with product owners and engage in product strategy with them
+ Identify how each business generates value for customers and the Bank
+ Ownership mindset - knows where the value is, identify and confirm through data and make recommendations to the owners
+ Lead core analytics and reporting, which comprises of monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting for each Product business.
+ Support our retail business through always on, real-time CRM analytics
+ Partner with data scientists to build predictive analytical models that deliver outsized growth in our products businesses
+ Evangelize data and analytics across the marketing organization
